  • Full Pass registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials for all days and the Welcome Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner.
  • Day Pass registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee break(s) and conference materials for that day.
  • Accompanying Person fee includes the Welcome Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner only.
  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the Conference Registration Fees. Participants shall be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
  • An acknowledgement email will be sent within 24 hours after the completion of registration. Thereafter, a separate confirmation email will also be issued to you after your payment is verified.
Registration Policy
  • FULL PAYMENT must be received in order to confirm your registration.
  • To qualify the Package rate or Early-Bird rate, please settle the full payment on or before 27 July 2024. Otherwise, the outstanding registration fee will be automatically changed to the Regular rate.
  • For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 30 September 2024 will not be processed. Participants will have to register onsite during the official registration counter’s opening hours.
  • All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
  • The participant list will be published on the 2024 AAC website www.AAC2024.hk and the 2024 AAC mobile application. By registering, participants agree that their name, company, city and country appear on the participant list. Participants can request to have their name removed from the list at any time by emailing to the Conference Secretariat: info@aac2024.hk. The ASHK Privacy Policy can be found here.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If, for any reason, the 2024 AAC, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the conference venue becomes unavailable, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the 2024 AAC. In such event, the Organiser shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organiser arising there from.
  • For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat by emailing to info@aac2024.hk and provide such information as the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s). Cancellation before 27 July 2024 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the 2024 AAC registration fee per participant and refunds will only be made after the completion of the 2024 AAC. In the event of late cancellation (after 27 July 2024) or no-show, request of refund will not be entertained.
  • If the delegate is unable to attend the 2024 AAC, a substitute delegate is welcomed at NO extra charge provided written notification is given to the Conference Secretariat by 30 September 2024.
